With over three decades of experience as a noted criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor, Warren Brown’s experience in criminal law as well as his thorough familiarity with juvenile offenses is vast and diverse. Mr. Brown can quickly and accurately assess your legal matter and determine how best to assist you.

Warren Anthony Brown was born and raised in Baltimore, graduated from the prestigious Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (Poly) and from the world-renowned Carnegie Mellon University before going on to Boston University School of Law, one of America’s most distinguished law schools. After being admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1978, he began his career with the Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc. (MALS) under, now Mayor of Memphis, Tennessee, A.C. Wharton. Returning to his home of Baltimore and being admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1980, he first worked at the Legal Aid Bureau, then with the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City before settling in at the Federal Public Defender’s Office. Since 1988, he has maintained a bustling law practice in Baltimore City and has tried both state and federal cases in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware.
